1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using ba99 in any capacity — whether browsing the platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 4 Deposits & Payments

ba99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, and supported mobile wallets. No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied on ba99 transactions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

6 ">Bonuses & Promotions

ba99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins on selected slots, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page and apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following rules apply to all bonuses across ba99 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your ba99 wallet upon qualifying deposit or trigger event, as described in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• ba99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirement or unused bonus funds after the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through ba99's sportsbook and casino game lobby are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or voided after confirmation except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

For sports betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports — the following general rules apply:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in at that point for pre-match bets. Live odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, ba99 will apply the relevant sport-specific rules to determine how affected bets are settled. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds value is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by ba99 even after a bet has been placed. Players will be notified and their stakes returned in such cases.
• Any attempt to exploit a delay between real-world events and live odds updates ("courtsiding" or similar) is prohibited and will result in bet voidance and potential account action.

For casino games — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, crash titles, and table games — game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. ba99 sources games exclusively from established providers and does not alter game logic or outcomes in any way.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba99. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
